I believe this Vintage Black Finish Ribbed Ceiling E-Z Hanger Kit #54563 was made in the 1960's by de Sherbinin Products Inc. of Hawleyville, Conn.

This E-Z Hanger kit consists of a Black finish ribbed ceiling canopy 5 inches in diameter with 3/8 inch center hole, two screw holes on the sides and a 2 pole outlet to easily plug in your lamp. I am not sure if there other parts inside as this is still sealed in the original packaging. But There are pieces rattling around in there on a slight shake !!
